If you have access to a Sparc machine with a display you could install on that machine, then just copy the files up to the headless machine. After doing that, if the path to screen-scraper differs on the second machine, you would just need to modify the "InstallDirectory" property in the "resource/conf/screen-scraper.properties" such that it reflects the correct path. What do you think? Would that work?
