I went to a different computer in the house which was running version 6.0 perfectly. Uninstalled scrapper, deleted the scrapper folder, went to the scrapper site downloaded the new version, installed that one and now I get the same error. Are there any ideas to why this latest version is not working?

There was an error in the installer for a few hours yesterday. If you download the installer again and use it, it should work.
