The most likely cause for this is that you're trying to import a scraping session into screen-scraper that is newer than your current version. It could also occur if the file itself is somehow corrupted. As an alternative to importing through the workbench/GUI, you might also try simply copying the file into the "import" folder found in screen-scraper's installation directory.
