ERROR: Failed to save the file: C:\.... The error message was No route to host: connect.

Using ScreenScraper 2.6 professional edition on Windows XP.

When using session.fileDownload to download file from URL to local C: drive receive the following error in the ScreenScraper logs intermittantly. Does the error mean no route to the URL, or no route to the C drive? What, if anything, can I do to avoid the error?

Wrote file from: https://[URL]/servlet?filename=my1.doc
Wrote file from: https://[URL]/servlet?filename=my2.doc
Wrote file from: https://[URL]/servlet?filename=my3.doc

I'm not even sure I could

I'm not even sure I could troubleshoot version 2.6. That's a few years old, and we've made a lot of fixes since then that could resolve this. Could you test making a parallel install of the newer version of screen-scraper, import your scrape to there and see if you get the same behavior?

We're at version 5 now, but on the cusp of a new stable release.
