Running As A Service On WinXP Pro

Hello. I've been working with Screen-Scraper tonight and I really love this program!! I'm having a problem though. I'm currently running Windows XP Pro with IIS installed and running. I have installed the program as a service and when I attempt to start the server it "Fails". Here is my wrapper log (This is where it posted the error):

Can someone help me please? I want to export my data to PHP, but it won't work if the server won't run on my PC.

EDIT:
I have it running now. First I shutdown the screen-scraper program and then I rebooted my PC and that got it working just fine. Now I just have to figure out how to get my php scripts to work with it. :?
