HTML Changed after Version Update

Hello Support:

I don't understand how this could happen but I think the best way to explain it is in the steps I followed. I was scraping a site in server mode for over 48 hours straight and decided to stop to review the scraped data and look over the scraping session in the workbench mode. On startup of screen-scraper it is set to automatically check for updates. I agreed to update to the current version(version 4.5.47a). As soon as I resumed my scraping session the HTML slightly changed resulting in not being able to extract my session variables. How is this possible? I also checked other scraping sessions that I normally use and was unable to extract any of the session variables.
