Possible to import scripts without stopping the server ?

Is it Possible to import scripts without stopping the server ?
Or is a stop and restart required?

If you have scripts in the import directory, they will import when the server is started, or if it is running and a scrape is started.

If you're using the Enterprise Edition, you can import anytime with the button on the top right of the web-controller.
