newbie question on yellowpages sample

I'm a newbie so please bear with me
I'm trying to understand the flow and how thing work but I learn better by example
The yellowpages would be something I would use so it's easer for me to study it.
The problem I have is that I have copied the yellowpages sample from the websites sample and it does not work properly so I'm having a difficult time following the flow and understanding it.
When I run the yellowpage sample the output CSV file contains the Search , Location, Name, and URL. The address, city, zip, and phone are blank. The log states that get address cannot find pattern match and the same for phone. Also when it goes to the next page nothing is written it look like the page is being redirected away from the next yellopages page number.
Could someone be kind enough to look into the yellowpage sample a make sue that I'm not crazy.
Also if someone has a working yellowpage example I would greatly appreciate it.
