For the Professional and Enterprise editions of screen-scraper what upgrades am I entitled to?

If you license the Professional or Enterprise Editions of screen-scraper today you are entitled to major and minor upgrades for that particular edition forever at no cost. It's possible that we'll change this policy down the road, but that's how it stands today.
