When I try to launch Screen Scraper Pro, I get the following exception in my console.log

Hey... I really like this tool and I think it's gonna take off. I need help in extracting hundreds of articles from a free reprint site called articlecity.com.

I also need it to be automated. So, a bot that follows article links and extracts the author, title, and the body of the article and adds it to a mySQL articles table.

Is this even possible in your software... and if so, how can I do it?

I am completly new to programming and scripting... so my needs are very basic. I have a Ambient orb made by Ambient devices and I am hoping to get it connected to my own data.

I found this site through ambient411.com and a post that makes mention of using your software to scrape a number/value from a website and push out a http string that changes the color of the orb. This is all fairly simple, but when you are lost at the first sign of code all you can do is call out for a bit of help.

A bit more detail: I've got several common functions that I've isolated in scripts and had previously called them after the appropriate page was scraped.

Hi All, sorry if anyone saw the coldfusion post a moment ago there was an error on my part.

So, I thought I would give a little back. Here is a cold fusion example to work with Lesson 2 like the PHP and ASP example..
first make sure you have the screen-scraper server running and coldfusion has the screen-scraper.jar in path. You can read more about that in the Document section of the site.
Bleow is the cfobject tag based version of calling a screen-scraper session.
